REFUNDS AND RETURNS PROCEDURE

Cancelling or withdrawing from an order and refunds

When you buy products from us, you have 14 days from delivery to decide whether you wish to keep them.

You can return your order without a penalty and without giving a reason (you pay the return costs yourself). Within 14 days of receiving your returned order or being notified that you wish to withdraw from the contract, we will refund its full purchase price using the same payment method you used. You can also return or exchange the products in our store free of charge.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. You can send your return parcel by post or courier to

We refund the goods once we have received them back for inspection.

Products we will not accept for return:

items with the security tag removed; items with the barcode price label removed; washed, worn or damaged items; items with missing components (such as labels, laces or buttons); items without their original packaging.

During the first 14 days after delivery, we expect you to handle your order and its packaging with care. If you wish to retain the right to return the goods as described above, you may only unpack or use them as much as necessary to decide whether you wish to keep them. Returned goods may only have been tried on and must not have been used. Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all supplied accessories, in accordance with our instructions above. Only the amount actually paid will be refunded.

We handle your order with the utmost care, but mistakes can occasionally happen. Is your delivery incorrect or incomplete? Contact our customer service team at customerservice@artsonfashion.be 

or by telephone on +32 16 601323. If the product does not match what you ordered, we will arrange its return and refund the full amount of the incorrectly delivered product.
